We evaluate many Gen AI models and connect our platform using their APIs. We pay for this capability and privacy. We offer affordable pricing because it is designed for long form content (book writing) usage.
Yes. You might incur additional costs for using your text messaging. This depends on your plan. As a way to minimize these costs we have integrated our services with WhatsApp to help writers be on Wi-Fi. MARCIE is not a replacement for your email services. If you are paying for it those costs will not go away.
Some workloads are CPU intensive. Some workloads use local low power GPUs. There are some workloads that do require use of high power GPUs. When writers have to work with multiple project files - such as images, cover, pitches, blurbs, versions, etc - and need a way to organize them and share them with others, if necessary. Writers can easily upload files, search for them, share them using email, track email receipt and content views in a central dashboard. Setting expiry time on the content enables enhanced data privacy because the content is accessible to download from email for a predetermined time.

We designed the backlist marketing service as an offline feature of the platform. This feature is provided to qualified writers on a revenue-sharing basis. We would love to help writers with their discovery.
Currently there are no service level commitments. We put forth our best effort to answer questions or solve all problems as quickly as possible. Rest assured we want the writers to be happy with our platform and get maximum value from it.

There is no walk-in service. We work remotely. There is an office address where mail can be sent or we might hold a small meeting.
Currently we only offer support in the English language.
We have integrated the platform with Auth0, a company that specializes in authentication (you are who you claim to be) and authorization (you are allowed to do what you are trying to do). This company also enables writers to bring their own userid and password to MARCIE. All authentication information is encrypted and stored with this company.
If you prefer you create a new userid and password just for MARCIE. We have also enabled writers to authenticate using their Amazon, WordPress, and Google. You manage your passwords with whichever platform you choose to use. Either way the platform will never know your password.
We use Papal and Stripe. All payment process is managed by them. The platform doesn't store your payment information.
The platform does not have access to your email inbox. We use Twilio and Sendgrid to manage this process. When you send an email using the platform it is sent through Sendgrid which is a recognized as a reputed sender.
